Without question, the most important part of selling your home is selecting the right agent.  Your agent will guide you through the entire home selling process, supplying you with information you need to correctly price and market your home.

To help you find the best agent to meet your needs, we will research your region and locate top agents who have consistently demonstrated the highest level of service.  We then arrange for you to interview these agents.  You then select the one you are most comfortable with and feel is the most capable.

After helping you to select an agent, we then assist them throughout the entire home selling process.  We assure you receive regular updates on the progress of your sale.  We will also ensure that the marketing plan is followed or adjusted to reflect the current market conditions.  If for some reason you are not satisfied with the performance of your agent, we have included a non-performance clause in the listing agreement, which will enable you to cancel their services should you deem it necessary.

After drafting the in-depth marketing plan, all the while paying close attention to market fluctuations, your agent will keep you updated at least every other week.
